Site Surveys

Having visited your garden for the first time, by the end of the session with you we will have decided how radically the garden needs to be changed. If a full plan is required, the first thing I will do is provide you with a quotation for design work, specifying the process and costs.

If the quote is acceptable, I will measure the site dimensions and levels as necessary. I will also analyze the site for aspect, soil and constraints such as features to be retained, drains and service cables. If the site is very large with complex changes of levels it may be necessary to commission a specialist landscape survey, but I’ve never had to resort to that – so far.
